Is BuyMacApp legit?
Updated
Short answer
Yes. BuyMacApp is an independent reseller of legit, publisher-issued license keys for premium Mac apps. Every key is guaranteed to work: if your key doesn't activate, you get a full refund.
Who BuyMacApp is
BuyMacApp is an independent online store that resells license keys for paid Mac apps at a discount. We are not the publisher of the software we sell, and we are not affiliated with those publishers. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify what you're buying.
We source publisher-issued license keys through third-party channels, which is how we can sell below the publisher's list price. You activate the key in the official app from the publisher, and you get updates through the publisher's official channels, subject to the license terms.
The working-key guarantee
Every key we sell is guaranteed to be legit and to work. If it doesn't, you get your money back:
- 1Try to activate the key in the official app, following the instructions in your order email.
- 2If it doesn't activate, contact support with your order number, purchase email, and the error you see.
- 3If the key doesn't work, you get a full refund.
The full policy: If your license key does not work, you are guaranteed a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final and returns or refunds are not available. Contact support with your order number, purchase email, and activation error details to request help or a refund for a non-working key. Read the terms.
What the guarantee doesn't cover
- Changing your mind after a working key has been delivered. All other sales are final.
- Buying the wrong version or a license with fewer devices than you need. Each product page lists the version, device limit and update terms.
- Support for the app itself. Software downloads, updates and app support come from the publisher.
How your purchase is protected
- Payments are processed by Stripe. BuyMacApp never sees or stores your full card details.
- Your key and activation instructions are emailed right after payment, and fulfilled orders stay in your Order History.
- Customers review us publicly on Trustpilot.
- Questions before you buy? Contact support, or read about BuyMacApp.
